Job Title: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Systems Architect (TS/SCI) – REMOTE
Job Location: Travel to San Jose, CA, 95134
Clearance Required: TS/SCI preferred at hire; must be able to obtain TS/SCI

U.S. Citizenship is required
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
Remote option requires occasional travel to San Jose, CA (a couple of times per month for a couple of days)

Must Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field
10+ years of relevant experience (or master’s degree plus 8 years)
Experience with RF signal processing system design, system modeling, simulation, and algorithm development
Proficiency in MATLAB or Python for signal processing algorithm development
Experience analyzing and characterizing SATCOM signals in L, C, and K spectrums
Demonstrated technical leadership with ability to lead interdisciplinary teams
Strong understanding of SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW marketplace, including major customers and competitors
Ability to travel up to 20%
Nice to Haves:
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with 8+ years’ experience (preferred)
Deep knowledge of DSP software development and performance evaluation of signal processing solutions
Proven experience developing CONOPS, architecture, and requirements for SIGINT/COMINT/DF/EW systems
Ability to collaborate with Intelligence Community and Defense customers, develop CONOPS, and conduct technology trade studies
Experience developing and presenting technical capability briefings
Familiarity with export compliance requirements for international pursuits
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Decompose architectures into system requirements and further engineering domain requirements
Conduct trade studies into technologies supporting SIGINT solutions
Collaborate with customers to ensure systems meet mission needs and requirements
Develop and present technical briefings of system capabilities to domestic and international stakeholders
