Responsibilities

Syntelligent is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist to support a Government Customer

Location: Joint Base Anacostia Bolling,DC

Shift: Day

Anticipated Salary Range: $100000 - $107500

Status: Full-Time

Opening Type: Immediate

Number of Openings: 1

Duties will include:

• Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
• Activities include, but are not limited to,
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting.
  • Assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings.
  • Preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities;
  • Creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and
  • Providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to CM, RFI management, or ISR sensors and mission management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Detailed knowledge of Collections Management, task management, and managing RFIs, taskers, staff actions, and preparing and reviewing executive intelligence correspondence
• Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Desired:

• Current CI Polygraph
• Desired Education: Master's degree

Clearance: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly

Certification Requirement: IFPC within 90 Days of Hire

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.

Mental Requirements: Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
