ASRC Federal requires a highly skilled Construction Site Project Specialist to support our Prime contract at the Air Force Research Laboratory. We are looking for someone with experience related to all aspects of construction from reading the blueprints to managing multiple Vendors.

ASRC Federal requires a highly skilled Construction Site Project Specialist to support our Prime contract at the Air Force Research Laboratory. We are looking for someone with experience related to all aspects of construction from reading the blueprints to managing multiple Vendors.
Key Role:
- Must have a well-rounded construction experience and therefore ensure vendors are performing to the required standard.
- Must be able to manage the project site's schedule and ensure escort(s) are onsite and ready to support vendors coming in to work.
- Meet with project team and provide information on any conflicts with scheduled vendors or work on nearby projects that may interfere.
- Serve as the on-site Point of Contact and if not available ensure a back-up is identified and fully informed of the day's activities.
- Quickly identify any potential delays, conflicts or incidents to the Project Manager
- Understand the requirements and ensure that all quality objectives are met.
- Prepare and submit end-of-day reports.
- Ensure Vendors coming on the site are fully prepared for the project. They have the proper PPE, tools and they understand the task before them.
- Must be able to gain access to the customer's computer networks.
Education/Experience:
- BS/BA in a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
