Raytheon ASDS/Space-ISR is looking for a senior systems engineer with expertise in agile integration of large enterprise systems of systems. In addition, the candidate needs expertise in large-scale signal processing systems. The position requires strong systems engineering skills that include agile integration of signal processing ground systems and space-to-ground systems. The systems engineering (SE) subject matter expert (SME) will support classified signal processing programs and will engage multiple organizations within S-ISR, as well as external to S-ISR, to design, develop, and implement agile integration approaches and strategies. The SME will be responsible for helping standardize and inculcate agile integration processes and approaches across the S-ISR organization. The SME will be responsible for helping develop solutions that satisfy Customer' novel requirements and standardizing the processes for these solutions. SME responsibility includes mentoring of Junior team members. Position sought through RayTech to allow flexibility of work hours.

What You Will Do
  • Support front end of the business for new enterprise integration business opportunities
  • Interface directly and develop strong technical relationships with Customers
  • Perform agile SE SME role on signal processing programs to ensure lean, efficient systems of systems integration that enable the customer to meet multiple, aggressive operational milestones
  • Lead and guide efforts to standardize and suffuse enterprise agile integration processes and principles across the S-ISR portfolio
  • Provide agile integration technical leadership and mentoring across S-ISR GEOINT and SIGINT programs
  • Coach, teach, and mentor to encourage and accelerate talent growth
  • Act independently and pro-actively seek to uncover and resolve issues


Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years
  • Experience of agile integration techniques and approaches applied to ground and space-to-ground systems of systems
  • Experience software programming skills in modern SW languages
  • Experience supporting new business processes and capture of related intelligence community signal processing programs
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.


Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience in field with name recognition within the intelligence community
  • Master's Degree in STEM with twenty (20) years of prior relevant signal processing and systems engineering experience
  • Experience In-depth enterprise system of systems agile integration
  • Experience in SW architecture, frameworks, and large-scale real-time processing
  • Experience in the fields of computer technology, systems engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, reverse engineering
