TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in security systems, operating systems, and versatile IT infrastructure. We are looking for a dedicated professional with excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Description

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for working with Host Based Security systems, managing Windows Group Policy Objects, and utilizing Microsoft System Configuration Manager (SCCM and MECM) along with MDT and OSD deployment techniques. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and troubleshooting scripts using SQL and PowerShell, working with Microsoft Active Directory, and managing virtual environments using VMWare and Hyper-V. The role encompasses all stages of the engineering life cycle, including requirements gathering, solutions design, testing, and documentation. The engineer should possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Experience Level

Senior Requires a minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Systems Engineer
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering
• Strong experience with Trellix or similar Host Based Security systems
• Windows 11 expertise with Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM, MECM, MDT, and OSD deployment methods
• Experience in scripting languages such as SQL and PowerShell
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V
• Understanding of the engineering life cycle
• Knowledge of current technology areas including operating systems, networking, and systems integration
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Self-learning and initiative-taking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Benefits

Benefit	Details
Base Salary	$154,000 - $186,000
PTO	30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid Benefits	Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses	3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend	$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget	3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus	$5,000 new hire bonus

Total Compensation

Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend

Retirement	$27,900	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Benefits Budget	$37,200	20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonus	$9,300	Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average.
Training Budget	$2,500	Annual training budget.
Training Hours	$2,100	3 paid days for training.
Phone Stipend	$1,200	$100 monthly cell phone stipend.
