DCS has an exciting opportunity for Senior Security Assistant to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB) at Hanscom Air Force Base. This role provides essential security support across over 130 acquisition programs for the United States Air Force and allied foreign nations. As part of the integrated Information Protection team, the Senior Security Assistant will execute multi-disciplinary security responsibilities spanning personnel, information, industrial, operational, and physical security domains.

Essential Job Functions:
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.
Provide technical advice and security support to multiple collateral and SCI programs.
Maintain effective working relationships with Information Protection (IP) leads, program managers, and contracting officers.
Assist with the development and maintenance of OPSEC, transition, emergency action, and transportation plans.
Review documentation for public release, ensuring proper CUI markings, classifications, and distribution.
Provide classification guidance and support for collateral and SCI programs.
Support counterintelligence threat briefings and documentation.
Develop Security Classification Guides, Program Protection Plans, SOPs, DD Form 254s, and related documents.
Manage inbound and outbound classified mail, packages, courier forms, and destruction of classified/CUI materials.
Maintain security clearance records in DISS; ensure proper access control and SF-312/NDA compliance.
Process and validate Visitor Access Requests (VAR), foreign visit notifications, and self-reports in DISS.
Assist with e-QIP initiation and fingerprinting for clearance processing.
Support inspection preparation using MICT and other platforms.
Perform entry/exit inspections and implement random antiterrorism measures.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must have be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance and be SAP eligible.
BA/BS and five years of experience.
Ten years of directly related experience, five of which must be in the DoD.
Certifications: Minimum SFPC or equivalent experience.
Understanding of counterintelligence threats and trends.
