• Develops ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities
• Develops the applications including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable
• Identifies and implements best-practice solutions to address client requirements
• Performs unit-testing and resolves code defects
• Migrates code changes to the production environment
• Assists with technical design and documentation
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of software development experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of experience working on a large and complex software development project
• Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript)
• DOD approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within six months of hire. Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) Clearance Requirements:
• Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
