Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead

Location: Remote (U.S. only)

Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED (due to federal contract requirements)

Supporting: U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)

What You'll Do:

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead, you will:

• Lead a team of developers to build, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
• Architect and develop key integrations, conversions, and custom development objects including:
• Fast Formulas, Workflows, Alerts, UI/UX customizations
• Utilize cloud tools such as:
• SOA Suite, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, UCM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MFT
• Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure cloud HCM solutions

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a hands-on leader with strong technical chops and proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Oracle HCM Cloud experience- deep knowledge of modules, architecture, and technical tools
• Oracle Cloud Application Development- ability to design and build cloud-native solutions
• Strong experience with:
• Integrations, Data Conversions, Reporting, and Customization tools
• Prior experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers
