Responsibilities:
Assisting in designing and implementing products for client delivery.
Document and maintain existing product features.
Conduct regular code reviews of peer’s work and offer constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot application code to identify root cause for bugs.
Develop unit, integration, and end to end automated tests to ensure quality.
Contribute to team brainstorming discussions on technical challenges and obstacles.
Provide expertise in at least one operating system (Linux/MacOS/Windows/VMWare).
Assist customers on-site with periodic system patching and software upgrades.
Proactively monitoring infrastructure for potential issues and impacts.
Demonstrate ownership of features and product planning.
Qualifications:
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language, preference for Python and JavaScript.
Ability to work independently, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and improve.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
Nice to Have
Bachelor's of Science in IT-related field of study.
5+ years of experience developing in a professional environment.
Any cloud certifications (AWS or Azure preferred).
Familiarity with DevOps tooling (for example, Jenkins, Salt, Gitlab).
