Our client (in conjunction with The Department of Commerce) seeks technical and engineering support services from a Subcontractor who possesses the necessary skills, in-depth knowledge, and experience to work on software engineering projects within the Department in connection with stabilizing and securing a high-profile external website, herein referred to the Citizenship Website.
Job Description
Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Test Engineer. The Quality Assurance Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting and executing key technical activities essential to the success of the software engineering project, the Citizenship Website. The Quality Assurance Test Engineer will partner closely with the team collaboratively to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to security standards.
Quality Assurance Test Engineer Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate Citizenship Website functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Develop, document, and support execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the Citizenship Website functionality, performance, and security.
• Support comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure the reliability, performance, and functionality of the Citizenship Website. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting execution of load and soak tests, API testing, integration tests, and end-to-end (E2E) tests.
• Support the testing and scanning of the codebase to ensure functionality and security.
• Perform manual and automated testing across various environments to ensure the Citizenship Website meets specified requirements.
• Identify, document, and track the Citizenship Website defects and issues, working with development team to facilitate timely resolution.
