The Opportunity:
Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation. Writes and edits technical documentation for all the project's hardware and software to include installation, configuration, and how-to documentation. Creates codes documentation for software; produces implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities; provides field, data definition, and data flow documentation and formats technical publications from pamphlets, technical drawings, and consultations with technical personnel and other available resources.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $103,800 - $218,100

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Document process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
- Assist the teams with managing team websites and knowledge sharing.
- Develop business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance documents.
- Serves as coordinator between multiple scrum teams to support team presentations and demonstrations.
- Document and track requirements and assist in driving them to completion.
- Take notes during any Sprint reviews
- Track action items
- Attend meetings
Qualifications:
Required:
- Document initiatives for process improvements.
- Ensure style guides are followed in compliance with customer and company proposed standards.
- Work with customer and developers to document new and existing business processes.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks.
- Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs.
- Understands REST
- Understand the software development
- Read & understand SWAGGER documentation
- Reading JSON to interpret data modules to end users
- Interpret release notes
Education:
- 8 years' experience as a TW in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- A master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience, reducing the requirement to 6 years of experience. 4 years of additional TW experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
