The Opportunity:
As a CACI CIP/COP Military Information Support Operations (MISO) Integrator you will provide technical expertise in performing activities that enhance situational awareness, enable rapid decision-making, improve current and long-term information operations planning, and maintain a trans-regional MISO COP to support USASOC and their strategic partners. Additionally, you will coordinate and integrate data streams, analytics, research, and visualization tools to facilitate intelligence and operations pictures and the presentation of data that will enable decision making, indications and warnings, and overall mission context.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200

The Opportunity:
As a CACI CIP/COP Military Information Support Operations (MISO) Integrator you will provide technical expertise in performing activities that enhance situational awareness, enable rapid decision-making, improve current and long-term information operations planning, and maintain a trans-regional MISO COP to support USASOC and their strategic partners. Additionally, you will coordinate and integrate data streams, analytics, research, and visualization tools to facilitate intelligence and operations pictures and the presentation of data that will enable decision making, indications and warnings, and overall mission context.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate MISO plans, series, and data into the primary and secondary CIP/COP platforms in support of the CIP/COP Manager and the Command.
- Collaborate with and through the Command and Sub-Unified Commands to build an accurate CIP/COP.
- Provide the Command and Sub-Unified Commands with analytical support through CIP/COP systems-generated visualizations to enhance understanding and improve the decision space.
- Support Project Teams with CIP/COP systems-generated visualizations that support analytics, data- driven operational planning, and information operations focused concepts.
- Generate and present executive level briefings on the informational, physical, and cognitive environments utilizing CIP/COP systems-generated visualizations in a General Officer environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 7 years' MISO experience.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience conducting information operations (IO) and psychological operations (PSYOP) planning.
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
- Advanced working knowledge and proficiency with Esri ArcGIS, Command and Control in the Information Environment (C2IE), and Palantir Mission Command Systems.
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process (JPP), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE), and conducting Target Audience Analysis (TAA) for Military Information Support Operations (MISO).
- Practical proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite / 365, Google Earth spatial analysis software, and web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS networks.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with some government oversight, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
Desired:
- 6+ years' experience in the SOF community with an in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) including mission analysis, COA development, CONOP generation and approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, OPORDs and FRAGOs.
- Working knowledge and proficiency using Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) and Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM).
- Familiarity with military applications of Cyber, Space, artificial intelligence and machine learning models
