Suvi is seeking a highly qualified Counterintelligence Training SME to join our team in supporting advanced CI investigation training programs. This role is critical in shaping and delivering specialized instruction to law enforcement professionals, ensuring they are well-prepared to address complex national security challenges. Responsibilities

  • Deliver counterintelligence-related training through in-person and virtual platforms (e.g., Blackboard or similar systems).
  • Contribute to the development of course curriculum, applying diverse teaching methods and adult learning strategies.
  • Design and produce multimedia training materials to enhance the learning experience.
  • Recommend course texts and supporting resources.
  • Create and implement practical exercise scenarios to reinforce learning objectives.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in national security.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in counterintelligence investigations, including exposure to counterproliferation/technology transfer, criminal, and/or cyber investigations.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching or instructing in a formal academic or training environment.
