Responsibilities
- Deliver counterintelligence-related training through in-person and virtual platforms (e.g., Blackboard or similar systems).
- Contribute to the development of course curriculum, applying diverse teaching methods and adult learning strategies.
- Design and produce multimedia training materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Recommend course texts and supporting resources.
- Create and implement practical exercise scenarios to reinforce learning objectives.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 10 years of experience working in national security.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in counterintelligence investigations, including exposure to counterproliferation/technology transfer, criminal, and/or cyber investigations.
- Demonstrated experience teaching or instructing in a formal academic or training environment.
