Raytheon's Airborne Effector Production (AEP) department is seeking an experienced Stack Lead responsible for Ultra Production execution, overseeing RF, Digital and Stack products. The successful candidate will oversee the production execution to meet monthly EU deliveries, providing technical and programmatic oversight for a multi disciplined engineering team primarily consisting of production REAs (Responsible Engineering Authority).

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What You Will Do:
- Provide technical and programmatic oversight for a multi-disciplinary team of engineers spanning electrical, mechanical, integration and systems.
- Lead the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and yield improvement for slices and stacks for multiple Electronics Unit configurations.
- Responsible for leading team in troubleshooting and resolution of stack failures/anomalies
- Execute and collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain across multiple factories to support production builds, troubleshoots issue and resolve challenges.
- Manage hardware including yield, systemic, producibility improvements, and defect reduction
- Maintain the Technical Data Package (TDP) for multiple Electronics Unit configurations, including slices and stacks.
- Oversee hardware acceptance reviews with customers and ensure all technical and programmatic requirements are met while providing high quality products and artifacts.
- Use your technical and programmatic expertise to identify and address systemic issues, hardware failures, and producibility challenges.
- Know when to escalate issues, pull in Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and communicate progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and execute systemic and process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- This 1st shift role will be 100% on-site and based in Tucson, AZ.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 8 years of related technical experience leading complex technical projects.
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing
- Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations
- Experience in sub-systems, systems engineering, requirement development and/or requirement validation
- Active and transferable secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in production execution and oversight in a technical environment.
- Experience in failure investigation, defect containment, root cause investigation, and corrective action implementation.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of multi-disciplinary engineers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple factories with operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Experience in hardware management, including yield improvements and defect reduction.
- Familiarity with managing TDP and processing IRs, CNs, and variances.
