Overview:
ITility is seeking an experienced performance driven Deputy Program Manager to assist in planning, developing and coordinating resources, facilities, and administrative support functions to improve and foster efficient operations. This position is contingent upon contract award.

This position is onsite at the Client location in Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Position Responsibilities:
Program Oversight Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in providing leadership, management, direction, administration, and quality assurance for this newly awarded program.
- Manages delivery of key project management deliverables such as Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Program Issue Log, Project Status Reports, Quality Assurance Plan, and Business Continuity Plan
- Carry out assigned tasks in accordance with contract requirements and prioritize resources as required
- Plan, develop, and coordinate resources, facilities, and administrative support functions to improve and foster efficient operations
- Support all aspects of execution, including training, communications, milestone planning and execution, action item response, schedule control
- Support the progress of deliverables, SLAs, and initiatives by facilitating frequent cross-functional collaboration sessions to address operational topics, guiding the discussion to ensure alignment and coordinated action plans with clear ownership and deadlines.
- Improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for formal discussions with the customers and the Government, including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfaction.

Task specific Requirements:
- Act as the main POC for workflow management and operational coordination, supporting leadership’s ability to execute strategic initiatives efficiently.
- Assist and manage team members to help facilitate the flow of information, monitor the progress of key operational tasks, and provide responsive support to ensure adaptability to shifting mission priorities.
- Oversee and manage executive administrative services, workflow coordination, and operational support to ensure the effective management of leadership priorities and mission objectives.
- Ensures centralized coordination of leadership priorities by overseeing workflow efficiency and tracking operational tasks.
- Support the coordination of high-level workflows, track operational tasking, and facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee workflow efficiency, manage executive schedules, and ensure that leadership engagements are properly aligned with mission objectives.
- Manage a team of primary liaisons for SEs who assist in managing executive schedules, organizing official engagements, and ensuring meeting materials and logistical requirements are in place.

Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and a CI Polygraph or Full Scope Polygraph.
- 6+ years’ experience Program/Project Management.
- 10 years of experience, with demonstrated leadership (experience may include military leadership.)
- Experience leading changes through agile management practices.
- Experience within the Intelligence Community.
- Experience leading teams of 30+ FTEs.
- Experience supporting programs of over 150 FTEs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Program Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP).

Physical Requirements:
- Work is typically performed in an office setting.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
- Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
