TriSept is looking for a SIGINT Analyst for assessment of products generated by satellite collection payloads.
Duties:
• Provide SME in planning, development and assessment of collection requirements, translating those requirements into technical solutions and providing information on how those solutions can satisfy customers' mission needs
• Support the assessment of the performance of multiple systems as they are integrated together and with new collection payloads into a mission thread and their ability to meet customers' requirements
• Support the transition of new capabilities into operations
• Support mission assessment of acquisition contractor delivered capabilities and performance to determine if the delivered capabilities meet specified requirements and if not, how the non-compliance to specified requirements impacts customer mission performance needs
• Understand the mission data flow from satellite sensor through data processing and how the subsystems contribute to and are integrated to support mission product delivery
• Perform data quality assessments
• Collaborate as necessary with other program office personnel, development contractors, other stakeholders, satellite operations personnel and end users
• Support the training of mission operators and analysts
• Identify early, pre-launch test opportunities to reduce risk and on-orbit validation test durations
• Working with other SIGINT staff members and users, support definition of the next generation mission capabilities
Qualifications -
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Technical Degree and 9+ years or no degree and 10+ years of SIGINT Intel Analyst experience
• Experience working in a satellite systems program office or a satellite development facility
• Knowledge and understanding of SIGINT tools used within the community
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Organizational skills
• Travel within the US less than 10% of the time
