The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs, instructional materials, and multimedia content with emphasis on language-enabled intelligence functions, supporting HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and All-Source operations.
  • Integrate language proficiency into Programs of Instruction (POIs), tailored to ARNG G-2 mission requirements and aligned with Army Foundry and Federated Intelligence Program objectives.
  • Conduct language-focused instruction through Mobile Training Team (MTT) deployments, classroom sessions, and virtual environments to enhance language analyst readiness for CONUS and OCONUS missions.
  • Support linguist performance evaluations and readiness activities at combat training centers and State-level exercises, providing instruction on language-enabled intelligence collection, processing, and dissemination.
  • Deliver technical and operational training for PED workflows that incorporate language exploitation capabilities, including Full Motion Video (FMV), SIGINT transcription, and OSINT translation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on language analysis tools and integrate language requirements into simulation training for ISR, EW, and cyberspace operations.
  • Support analyst development by incorporating language proficiency standards into training assessments and leveraging role-based scenarios for real-time linguistic analysis.
  • Conduct IV&V and configuration management of systems supporting language-enabled operations and coordinate with ARNG G-2 and mission partners to align language training with operational requirements across classified and unclassified environments.
  • Actively support Amentum's implementation of the B2C2WG (Boards, Bureau, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups) model.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Intel Analyst/Trainer with proficiency in Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
  • In-depth knowledge of language-enabled intelligence functions and their application in HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and All-Source operations.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs, instructional materials, and multimedia content.
  • Proficiency in integrating language proficiency into Programs of Instruction (POIs) and aligning them with mission requirements.
  • Experience conducting language-focused instruction through various modalities (MTT deployments, classroom sessions, virtual environments).
  • Strong skills in supporting linguist performance evaluations and readiness activities.
  • Experience delivering technical and operational training for PED workflows incorporating language exploitation capabilities.
  • Subject matter expertise on language analysis tools and their integration into simulation training.
  • Ability to incorporate language proficiency standards into training assessments and use role-based scenarios for real-time linguistic analysis.
  • Experience conducting IV&V and configuration management of systems supporting language-enabled operations


Desired:
  • Advanced certifications in intelligence analysis or training (e.g., CIPT, CIPT-A).
  • Experience with ARNG G-2 and mission partner coordination for language training alignment.
  • Familiarity with Army Foundry and Federated Intelligence Program objectives.
  • Experience with B2C2WG (Boards, Bureau, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups) model implementation.


This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,200
