Training Area Developer

Nightwing is seeking an experienced Training Area Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, document, and maintain materials, lessons learned, and resources in knowledge base.
• Ensure accessibility and accuracy of training content for all stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training scenarios, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
• Provide logistical and admin support for training events, including setup, execution, and post-event analysis.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• L3C course Graduate.
• Possess an Active Secret Clearance.
• Possess driver's license.
• Ability to Use Microsoft Office.

Highly Desired Skills:

• Experience in coordinating training scenarios, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
• Proven experience in knowledge management, training coordination, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems and tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
