Nightwing is seeking an experienced Training Area Developer
Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, document, and maintain materials, lessons learned, and resources in knowledge base.
- Ensure accessibility and accuracy of training content for all stakeholders.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training scenarios, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
- Provide logistical and admin support for training events, including setup, execution, and post-event analysis.
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- L3C course Graduate.
- Possess an Active Secret Clearance.
- Possess driver's license.
- Ability to Use Microsoft Office.
Highly Desired Skills:
- Experience in coordinating training scenarios, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
- Proven experience in knowledge management, training coordination, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems and tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
