Sig Reduction Specialist/Instructor

Nightwing is seeking an experienced Sig Reduction Specialist/Instructor

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver specialized training programs on signature reduction techniques.
• Facilitate real-world scenarios to provide practical application of signature reduction principles.
• Assess student performance ensuring comprehension and readiness for operational deployment.
• Provide individualized support to students related to signature reduction concepts and techniques.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, threats, and methodologies related to signature reduction.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• L3 and SFQC, SEAL or MARSOC, qualification graduate. Female instructors should be a graduate of a Military Source Operations (MSO) Cat 1, Field Tradecraft Course (FTC) or Defense Advanced
• Tradecraft Course (DATC).
• 4 years operational or 8 years interagency experience.
• DoD Instructor Training Course (ITC) Certified.
• Have conducted L2 training within 12 months.
• Possess Active Top Secret clearance with SCI indoctrination.
• Possess driver's license, credit card and insurance
• Ability to walk 6 consecutive miles, skilled in map reading, land navigation, air and land infiltration, communications, planning and report writing.
• Ability to use MS Office.

Highly Desired Skills:

• ATC or APC Graduate.
• Former L3 instructor.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and training methodologies.
• Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including virtual platforms, and multimedia aids.
