We’re hiring a Field Service Rep (Frontline IT Support) to join a close-knit team supporting critical operations.

What you’ll do:
>Respond to tickets via SLA (Active Directory, PC issues, password resets, desktop troubleshooting)
>Keep users productive and happy by solving day-to-day IT challenges
>Support Windows environments and basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP)
>Use ticketing systems and collaborate with senior IT staff
>Flex your scripting skills if you have them (helpful, but not required)
