Responsibilities
-Lead and mentor a team of software engineers working on real-time systems
-Contribute directly to development efforts in C++, C#, Python, and Java
-Oversee multiple programs simultaneously—no siloed projects
-Drive rapid prototyping and fast-paced development cycles
-Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure product integration
-Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project tracking
-Delegate effectively while staying hands-on with technical challenges
-Support growth initiatives, especially in the expanding munitions sector
-Ensure all work adds value—no filler, no bureaucracy
Requirements
-U.S. Citizenship (USC) and eligibility for a security clearance
-15+ years of experience in software engineering, with leadership roles
-Strong background in real-time systems, Linux, RTOS, and VxWorks
-Experience in defense-related software: weapons, munitions, navigation
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment
