Job Overview
The USCG IPT is seeking an Administrative Manager (Process Analyst) to support the US Coast Guard Acquisition team and provide day-to-day program support to the Coast Guard.
Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
This position will work out of the Washington, DC office at least 3 days per week. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Will serve as a facilitator and organizer undertaking complex planning and organizational efforts requiring intimate knowledge of the USCG Aquations processes expertise.
- Process Analyst will provide organizational process support as directed by and in direct support of the government Team Lead.
- Lead and conduct process improvement analysis to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness for a CG-C2CI integrated ted Product Team (IPT).
- Provide strategic coordination of internal events, teleconferences, and sponsor engagement in direct support of government leadership.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting activities ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information across functional teams.
- Manage and streamline internal workflows, including travel planning, activity reporting, and stakeholder engagement processes, ensuring compliance with established standards and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate executive level communications by recording meeting minutes and action items for both scheduled and ad hoc meetings/conversations
- Direct the scheduling of conference rooms, phone bridges, MS Teams, and other audio/video services scheduling, and reservations, as required
- Develop and oversee production of formal document products, such as team briefs, presentations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and track all internal and external to the team are tracked and that leadership has awareness on deadline and critical information requests.
- Supervising and supporting administrative staff, including hiring, scheduling, training and performance evaluations
- Overseeing the administrative department's budget and resources
Accountable For:
- Ability to conduct process improvement analyses and provide support to the CG-C2CI Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Ability to organize and coordinate internal meetings, teleconferences, and sponsor engagements in alignment with government leadership objectives
- Ability to gather, analyze, and distribute data to support cross-functional team operations as needed.
- Self-motivated, able to solve problems, think outside the box, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasking.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree required or;
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Fifteen (15) years' experience in USCG Acquisitions Support.
- Must have recent experience with DHS, DoD, or other government agency in program support C%I Systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
- Occasional travel may be required.
