looking for technical operations and intelligence professionals who have strong experience in supporting Army intelligence, targeting, and mission command systems in tactical settings. This role is perfect for people with backgrounds in multi-INT integration, operational planning, and system maintenance, especially those who have worked with combat units, special operations teams, or intelligence cells. As a Field Service Technician, you will work at the tactical edge. You will deploy and maintain mission platforms while enabling real-time operational impact. Be prepared for frequent TDY travel to various regional and international locations, often in support of live missions, exercises, or system fielding efforts.

Core Responsibilities

•      Deploy, configure, and sustain intelligence and targeting systems in support of tactical and strategic operations

•      Conduct diagnostics, fault isolation, and maintenance across ISR, SIGINT, and mission command platforms

•      Integrate with military units to ensure seamless interoperability across networks, sensors, and operational workflows

•      Deliver tailored training to analysts, operators, and planners on system capabilities and mission applications

•      Provide rapid technical resolution to user inquiries in austere or high-tempo environments

•      Document system performance, issue resolution, and operational feedback via formal reporting channels

•      Support field upgrades, software patches, and hardware enhancements in live mission environments

•      Maintain currency on Army intelligence doctrine, targeting cycles, and operational planning frameworks

•      Offer field-driven insights to inform system development and capability refinement

•      Uphold safety, security, and operational protocols in all engagements

•      Represent SHINE Systems and its client with professionalism, discretion, and mission-first focus

Required Qualifications

•       U.S . Citizenship

•      Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

•      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Intelligence Studies, or equivalent military technical experience

•      4+ years of hands-on experience in system sustainment, preferably in a deployed or operational military setting

•      Proficiency in computer systems, tactical networks, and troubleshooting across hardware/software layers

•      Ability to operate independently in high-pressure, mission-critical environments

•      Willingness and ability to travel frequently for TDY assignments, both regionally and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

•      Experience supporting intelligence and targeting systems in joint or tactical environments

•      Familiarity with Army intelligence architecture, targeting doctrine, and mission planning cycles

•      Background in multi-INT fusion, sensor integration, and operational planning support

•      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with mission relevance

•      Proven ability to train and mentor military personnel on technical systems

•      Comfort with Linux CLI, system administration, and scripting

•      Experience working alongside combat units, special operations teams, or intelligence cells

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site deployment, installation, configuration, and sustainment of technical intelligence and targeting systems.

• Conduct diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.

• Collaborate with military end users and mission stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.

• Deliver hands-on training for system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, covering both hardware and software components.

• Respond to technical issues and user inquiries with timely and effective resolutions.

• Document system issues, actions taken, and resolutions using proper reporting channels.

• Participate in system upgrades, capability enhancements, and field modifications.

• Stay current on Army intelligence systems, operational requirements, and best practices.

• Provide informed feedback to drive continuous product improvement based on real-world insights.

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, operational standards, and military security guidelines.

• Serve as a professional ambassador of SHINE Systems and our client in all field engagements.
