Advanced Electrical Engineer

Contract Position

Ability to Obtain and Maintain Secret Clearance
Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog circuits including amplifiers, filters, power supplies, and signal conditioning components.
- Simulate and analyze circuits to validate performance, reliability, and adherence to system requirements.
- Collaborate with systems, mechanical, and software engineering teams to define and integrate electrical requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test plans.
- Conduct prototype and final product testing and troubleshooting to ensure operational functionality.
- Support design reviews and manufacturing, providing technical input throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and advancements in analog and digital electronic design.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline. (Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.)
- 5+ years of experience in analog and digital circuit design, simulation, and test.
- Eligibility for DoD Secret Clearance required; active clearance preferred.
- Strong proficiency in analog design tools, such as SPICE simulators and schematic capture software.
- Experience with PCB layout tools, test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.), and design validation processes.
- On-site work may be required; travel expectations minimal unless otherwise specified.
