Ventus Solutions is seeking skilled Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to support an innovative program. The ideal candidates are highly motivated professionals to join our team supporting advanced defense programs. Work Location: Chantilly, VA
Required Experience:
· Active TS/SCI (or TS with SCI eligibility); ability to work in a SAP environment.
· Self-starter with proven ability to support and drive DoD project execution.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including development of briefings (MS PowerPoint) and white papers.
· Strong organizational skills, including experience leading and coordinating large meetings (in-person and virtual).
Business / Programmatic Experience
Proficiency with MS Project, including development, review, and tracking of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), including developing or reviewing performer data.
Knowledge of DoD financial processes and tools.
Knowledge of DoD Acquisition processes and tools
Desired Experience:
Technical
Note: Candidates are not expected to have experience in all areas of technical expertise
· Experience in development, test, and evaluation of hypersonic systems, weapons systems, or space systems (ground and/or flight test).
· Ability to develop and review test plans, including identifying key objectives, performance metrics, and risks.
· Knowledge of DoD kill chains, stakeholder community relationships, and system-level technical characteristics.
· Detailed understanding of military communications technologies—interfaces, performance capabilities, and limitations.
· Familiarity with target track quality and combat ID requirements.
· Experience with rapid prototyping of military technologies, including program execution, testing, and transition management.
