The Senior Director, Graph Analytics & AI Growth leads a cross-functional growth campaign centered on data analytics and artificial intelligence for our National Security business unit. This leader owns the full go-to-market lifecycle-marketing, business development, capture, solution development, proposal development, project transition, and client success-while driving cross-sell into adjacent business units. The role is accountable for building trusted executive relationships, shaping differentiated solutions, winning strategic programs, and ensuring flawless transition to delivery with measurable mission impact.

- Build a qualified pipeline across DoD, IC, and federal law-enforcement accounts;
- Land 3-5 flagship wins for Graph Analytics + AI solutions; establish 2+ lighthouse references with measurable mission outcomes.
- Publish a field-tested, security-compliant reference architecture for National Security KG + AI (Neo4j/Hume, Senzing, Databricks/Spark, LLM Ops/agents) and integrate into proposals, demos, and delivery playbooks.
- Stand up a partner ecosystem (e.g., graph, ER, data/ML, cloud) with joint pipelines and co-marketing.
- Drive cross-sell motions yielding new revenue in sourced or influenced revenue into adjacent business units.
- Maintain delivery handoff excellence (on-time kickoff, staffing readiness, KPI baselines set, and 90-day success plans for every win) and continued relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Own messaging for KG + AI in National Security; create compelling narratives, solution briefs, and executive presentations.
- Recommend and represent the company at priority forums (e.g., GEOINT, AFCEA events, SOF community venues); deliver talks, publish white papers, and generate demand.
- Shape and qualify opportunities; lead account strategy, call plans, stakeholder mapping, and competitive positioning.
- Run capture from gate reviews through pricing strategy, teaming, color-team reviews, and negotiation.
- Lead solutioning for graph-centric analytics: KG modeling and governance, entity resolution, data fabric/mesh patterns, LLM Ops/agentic AI, and graph data science.
- Orchestrate winning proposals (volumes, staffing plans, resumes, past performance, BOE/ROM); ensure clarity, compliance, and compelling value.
- Partner with Pricing/Contracts to optimize price-to-win while protecting delivery quality.
- Drive structured win-to-delivery transition: kickoff readiness, delivery governance, risk registers, KPIs/OKRs, and 30/60/90-day plans.
- Establish executive relationship management and cadence reviews; sponsor issue resolution and expansion roadmaps.
- Create repeatable offerings and playbooks usable by adjacent business units; incubate joint pursuits and account-based plays.
- Track sourced vs. influenced revenue and enforce CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage strategic growth alliances (graph platforms, ER, ML/AI, cloud/hyperscalers) in coordination with CTO; build joint solutions and co-sell motions.
- Curate demo assets and mission-relevant datasets for rapid prototyping.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in National Security (DoD/IC/LE) technology services with 5+ years leading end-to-end growth (BD, capture, solution, proposal, and transition).
- Executive presence with outstanding storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with with programs utilizing graph analytics/graph data science, entity resolution, data engineering at scale, and LLM/agentic AI patterns.
- Proven record of winning complex, multi-year programs and converting wins into successful delivery outcomes.
- Mastery of capture/proposal methods, price-to-win, teaming, and color-team leadership.
- Bachelor's in a relevant field; equivalent experience considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI (active or recent) or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with GraphAware Hume, LLM Ops/guardrails, retrieval over graphs, knowledge as a product, data mesh/fabric, and secure LLM runtime enclaves.
- Familiarity with IDIQ/BPA/OTA environments and managing GWAC/IDIQ pipelines.
- MBA or MS in CS/Data/AI; prior P&L or practice leadership.
