The Opportunity:
CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Program Support Specialist supporting an Intelligence Community customer's IT service support program. The Specialist will be responsible for all areas of program support and must be a customer service-oriented person.
As a member of our PMO Leadership Team, this opportunity requires high communication across the program from executives to line personnel. The abilities to remain adaptable, able to re-prioritize quickly as Team's needs change, be flexible, and maintain a positive attitude are vital! Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of programmatic and administrative personnel activities in support of CACI and government program offices
- Ability to create presentations for customers and CACI Management team
- Communication experience in working with multiple leaders / managers to combine information for reporting and presentations required
- Ensure specific service performance indicators are met or exceeded
- Work with program senior leadership to support management and personnel activities, including event facilitation, schedule management, and general executive admin duties
- Conduct Onboarding of new hires, Welcome aboard emails to group, I-9 for CACI personnel, New Hire briefing
- Offboarding program personnel- Develop and maintain SOP
- CDRLs - update the CDRL Delivery list, put together the CDRLs from input, turn in CDRLs on time
- Assist COR with various issues and actions
- AIS Form request process
- CAC Renewal requests to the COR
- Maintain Action Tracker (customer SharePoint)
- Relay CACI correspondence to CACI employees on contract on customer email
- Maintain ORG Chart (customer)
- Maintain Seating Charts and Rosters (customer) - Update and turn in monthly
- Maintain Emergency POC Roster (customer)
- Maintain Mission Essential List (customer)
- Maintain Program Distros (customer)
- Maintain Access Lists (customer) - Request Team Room Accesses
- Request Compliance Training Reports from COR/Track employees to completion
- Maintain Supplies for SCIF and Team Room (order through Admin)
- Schedule, Organize, and Run events
- Team Correspondence
- SCIF Correspondence
- SCIF general organization
- Maintain Docs on CACI SharePoint Collaboration Site (CACI network)
- Track Financial Disclosures
- Take notes at the month PMRs at the customer site so the POC can compile meeting minutes.
- Gather, collect, record, and verify data from multiple sources
- Develop, draft, and edit program reports, briefs, status reports, program processes and other documents in support of program requirements; proofing documents for delivery; schedule, track and submit deliverables IAW contractual requirements
- Interface with personnel to coordinate meetings; maintain logs, records, and files
- Develop, implement, and manage program policies and procedures; ensure compliance with customer and company requirements
- Develop and implement workflows ensuring contract team (employees and subcontractors) meet or exceed all certification, training and compliance requirements
- Manage the development, scheduling, and timely delivery of all contract CDRLs
- Manage program taskers and track issues to resolution
- Compile and generate documents, reports, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations
- Develop and implement tracking capability for personnel information related to customer data calls (training, certifications, and other job specific data)
- Design and maintain program document repositories
- Support development of task order proposals
Qualifications:
Required:
- 4+ yrs. experience with large-scale IT service support programs in a high paced diverse environment
- Associate's degree
- Experience supporting a complex IT services or similar program with over 300 staff members
- The ability to work independently with little direction and guidance
- The ability to develop a variety of program documentation
- Demonstrated communications skills with all levels of program and customer management and staff
- Able to apply knowledge of the job, and company policies and principles to complete a wide range of tasks
- Able to interact with stakeholders and customers to ensure that requirements are properly understood and implemented
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work non-core hours as needed
- Proficient is MS Office suite - Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in SharePoint

- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant Government, DOD, and/or NGA focused experience
- Executive level and PMO communication experience
