Seeking a skilled Journeyman All-Source Analyst to support insider threat detection and mitigation through the analysis of User Activity Monitoring (UAM) data. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with a strong counterintelligence or law enforcement background and hands-on experience in UAM systems. The analyst will contribute to operational reporting, threat identification, and program enhancement efforts in collaboration with contractor and government leadership.
Key Responsibilities

• Triage and analyze UAM alerts to identify anomalous or suspicious activity
  
• Document and report findings to impacted organizations with accuracy and discretion
  
• Provide trend data and insights to the Task Lead for customer reporting
  
• Implement countermeasures to address vulnerabilities tied to known adversarial TTPs
  
• Offer input during meetings requiring contractor insight or representation
  
• Recommend improvements to the UAM program based on operational findings and analysis

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years of IC and/or DoD experience, or 4+ years of relevant military or information assurance experience
  
• Background in Counterintelligence, law enforcement, or security investigations
  
• Military or DoD experience supporting intelligence, special operations, or inter-agency missions
  
• Completion of 24 hours of Basic UAM Systems Software Suite training within first year
  
• Minimum 100 hours of operational experience using UAM Systems Software Suite
  
• All certifications and training must remain current throughout the contract period

Preferred Attributes

• Familiarity with insider threat indicators, IA protocols, and cybersecurity suite technologies
  
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  
• Effective communicator with experience briefing leadership and contributing to team-based analysis

Position Details:

• Pay Rate / Range:$40-$48/hr

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
