CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Graphic Designer to serve on a potential contract supporting the US Coast Guard Office of Governmental Public Affairs (CG-092).

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Developing visuals for various media, including print (brochures, posters) and digital (social media, websites).
- Ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.
- Working closely with communications, and other teams to understand project goals and requirements.
- Generating ideas and concepts for campaigns or projects based on communication strategies.
- Creating engaging presentations, infographics, and reports for internal and external audiences.
- Revising designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the final product meets expectations.
- Managing timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Keeping up with design trends, software, and technology to continually enhance skills and output.
This position is contingent on contract award.

Work Environment:
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, graphic design, communications, media, or related field AND five (5) years of experience relevant to graphic design//OR//Master's Degree AND two (2) years of experience relevant to graphic design.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. (Eligible to pass Federal security clearance process. Please visit the link for FAQs: Investigations & Clearance Process)
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
