In this pivotal role, you will provide expert analysis, program oversight, and leadership, ensuring the protection of national defense information, personnel, and mission assets. As the primary contractor representative, you will manage daily operations, supervise team members, oversee workload distribution, and uphold the highest performance standards, maintaining a continuous, fully qualified presence essential to mission success.

To thrive, you should have:
• Active TS/SCI clearance required at commencement of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of Intelligence Community or DoD experience, or 6+ years of military intelligence/system security experience with demonstrated industry leadership.
• Solid expertise in all-source and insider threat analysis, program management, and support for intelligence, special operations, or interagency missions.
• Solid analytical skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk assessment, supported by 40+ hours of UAM Systems Software Suite training and 100+ operational hours.
• Ability to maintain all required certifications and training, with flexibility for surge operations, and solid communication skills for reporting, briefing, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities as the SME All-Source Analyst (Task Lead) include:
• Lead and supervise the auditing contractor team, ensuring compliance with contract standards, government requirements, and current certifications.
• Oversee daily operations, including shift scheduling, personnel accountability, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct triage and analysis of UAM alerts, document findings, and recommend countermeasures against insider threats.
• Prepare and deliver reports on UAM audit status, anomalous activity, team workload, and system performance.
• Advise and brief government leadership, coordinating with Information Assurance and Cybersecurity teams to enhance monitoring effectiveness.
