Peerless Technologies is seeking a Senior Modernization Program Manager to support the F-22 Program Office located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The F-22 Program Office is fast-paced environment supporting a broad array of Divisions and Branches supporting the F-22 Raptor Fleet. You will interface with various government and military stakeholders, including the Weapon System Prime Contractor, and provide program management support for F-22 Modernization Branch activities in support for the F-22 Program Office mission.

The successful candidate will support the F-22 Program by providing the following skills/activities in support of F-22 Modernization Branch operations; you will/shall:

Apply knowledge and experience in acquisition program management philosophy, policies, and procedures to DoD, USAF, and sister service systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement activities, including prime mission equipment and support equipment, post-award project/program management tasks, and planning for the accomplishment of various program milestones and acquisition programs throughout their life cycles.
Advise and assist in the management and organization of resources and personnel needed to efficiently and effectively meet the objectives of each task, as well as explore new approaches as applicable within the performance of these tasks. The candidate shall assign personnel to provide acquisition program management support services in execution of the F-22 Division’s acquisition program management support requirements.
Provide support for the full spectrum of actions required to award contracts, delivery orders, task orders, and other transactions, to include acquisition/contract strategy development, analyses, RFPs, review of proposals, contract negotiations, and post-award actions as assigned by the Government for weapon system/subsystem acquisitions.
Facilitate, and identify potential opportunities and areas of concern for Government consideration for the following:
Modernization updates to F-22 program documentation at all levels;
Higher headquarters reviews of F-22 Modernization efforts, including, but not limited to, PEO, Center, Command, USAF, and OSD reviews;
Update of modernization capability roadmaps and acquisition strategies;
Identifying/leveraging existing and advanced technologies for integration onto the F-22 for enhanced combat capability.
Provide support for strategic scheduling and planning documentation such as the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and develop and coordinate a reporting framework for event-based activities during the work efforts.
Support key acquisition events and reviews as needed, including, but not limited to: Program Management Reviews (PMRs), System Requirement Reviews (SRRs), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), Technical Coordination Meetings (TCMs), Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs), Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs), Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs), and milestone documentation development.
Provide assistance to the F-22 Division in surveillance of Prime OEM Contractor/Subcontractor performance and assist in determining program progress by providing feedback to the Government. The Contractor shall provide technical support, plan for, coordinate, and participate in integrated program reviews and conferences, including, but not limited to executive, readiness, technical, budget, design, weapon system, requirement working group, supportability, and management reviews.
REQUIREMENTS

General Experience requirements:
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD
OR, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.
Specific Experience requirements:
Aircraft platform Acquisition Program Office experience is highly preferred, but not required
F-22 or other fighter/bomber aircraft in the modernization and sustainment phase of their life cycle is especially preferred
