The Opportunity:
CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a Senior Power Platform software developer with experience developing applications and products within the Power Platform family of tools and supervising developer/teams and projects to support a key CACI Department of Defense (DoD) Program.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building complex Power Apps based applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. In addition, development of Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows and Power Pages websites is required. As one of the more senior members of an Agile Scrumban team, you will supervise both development projects and developers on the team. You will work with stakeholders to refine requirements, track your work on an agile board and ensure user needs are met within standards. You will report on progress of assigned work at daily developer team sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Technical and administrative supervision of junior and senior level developers on team.
- Lead Power Apps application developers utilizing "model-driven" design, Canvas apps and Power Pages.
- Lead creation of Power Automate workflows.
- Lead development of client facing web site and forms utilizing Power Apps Portal.
- Build Power BI Dashboards and visualizations.
- Work with system stakeholders to capture data requirements for each process model and document in an agile management tool.
- Maintain application baseline in 4 environments.
- Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to perform process modeling and develop data validation processes.
- Ensure application processes stay in sync with business processes.
- Assist Business Analyst in the development and technical evaluation of requirements.
- Manage and respond to user tickets.
- Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active secret DoD security clearance (ability to attain interim will be considered).
- College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 10 years related technical experience.
- Thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and comfort leading a high-performing sub-team of developers.
- Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.

- Experience and comfort working on a Scrumban team in an Agile environment.
- Ability to attain DoDM 8140.03 compliant certification.
- Works well with limited oversight.
- Extensive experience leading development efforts from a project and supervisory perspective.
- Expert in developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite (Model-driven and Canvas Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline) in an Azure environment.
- Expert in developing reports, charts and graphs using Power BI.
- Expert in developing automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Expert in Dataverse and transforming data architecture using the Dataverse data platform.
- Expert with Power Apps Pipeline for moving apps between tiers.
- Expert in large scale data management and data modeling.
- Comfortable providing status briefings and product demonstrations to customers.
- Expert in translating customer requirements into functional requirements for the application (User Stories/Backlog Items).
- Support new user requirements and assist with planning new features for future releases.
Desired:
- Experience with designing and implementing data models in A365.
- Experience with environments with many different business user types
- Experience developing SharePoint customized apps using Power Apps.
- Design and develop data exchanges in accordance with the System Interface Agreements.
- Experience developing modern pages on SharePoint Online.
