ASE is looking for a Senior Analyst to work in Fort Belvoir (OCAR HQ) with additional support at Pentagon and Fort Bragg, NC. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!



Objectives:
  • Provide non-personal services for Directorate Support: Army Reserves requirement is to track the complete life cycle of equipment to include programming, budgeting, procurement, delivery, receipt at unit level, sustainment, and divestment.
  • Support effort by collecting, analyzing, and documenting data.
  • Perform work in conjunction with the government task lead.
  • Brief senior leaders to include one, two- and three-star generals, and Senior Executive Service (SES) members.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, download, electronically archive, consolidate, de-conflict with approved sources, resolve anomalies, complete data fields using multiple sources, perform data analysis on, properly protect and distribute data on required Force Structure (FS), equipping and fielding systems/databases. These systems and databases may include:
  • Army Equipping Enterprise System Modern (AE2S-M)
  • Cloud Equipping Program (cQUIP)
  • Force And Asset Search Tool (FAAST)
  • Planning, Programming & Budgeting Business Operating System (PPB BOS)
  • Force Management System (FMS)
  • Force Structure Reporting (FSR)
  • Planning, Programming & Budgeting Business Operating System (eProbe)
  • Requirements & Documentation (FMS Web)
  • Sustainment & Accountability (Decision Support Tool)
  • LIN Procurement Status and Strategy Dashboard (LPSS)
  • Perform research and analysis functions to include but not limited to data mining, data analysis, statistical analysis, and forecasting/ Analysis functions will be required for all phases of the below:
  • Planning, Programming and Budgeting Business Operating Systems (PPB BOS)
  • Program Office Memorandum (POM) Development
  • National Guard and Reserve Equipment Report (NGRER) data validation
  • 1-N List development
  • Resource Management Decisions (RMD)
  • P1 and P1-R review and analysis
  • Equipment Divestiture Reports
  • Present results of analysis, product development to SED analysts, OCAR staff, HQDA, and OSD as directed

Qualifications

  • Active SECRET security clearance.
  • Four-year degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Math, Science, Engineering, History or English.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Force Development/Force Management.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge or have experience with at least 80% of the following: Army Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) Process;) Army Equipping Enterprise System Modern (AE2S-M), Cloud Equipping Program (cQUIP), Force Management Requirements & Documentation (FMSWeb), Force Structure Reporting (FSR), Sustainment & Accountability (Decision Support Tool (DST)), and LIN Procurement Status and Strategy Dashboard (LPSS).
  • Moderate to advanced skills in cPROBE, Tableau, Vantage, and Microsoft Office software products.
  • Proven analytical, problem solving and teambuilding skills.
  • Superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
