Raytheon's Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) organization is seeking an experienced Control Account Manager to join their Product Support team. This position will provide day-to-day Control Account Management support to a variety of internal and external programs within the Product Support portfolio of programs, including international programs.

This position will be responsible for supporting program management (PM) to include direct engagement with the program team in program execution; advocating PM plans, processes, and business objectives; and the implementation of PM best practices.

*This is an onsite position and the can based at one of the locations, Andover, MA, El Paso, TX or Huntsville, AL

What You Will Do:
  • Establish and perform meaningful control measures for all aspects of program cost,
  • schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable results
  • Partner with program management (PM), functional leads and internal partners across the Raytheon business in pursuit of day-to-day program execution
  • Operate computer-based programs, tools, and applications, to include Microsoft Excel and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), to perform detailed analysis, develop and utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports, charts, schedules, and databases
  • Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis
  • Execute resource planning, facilitate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs, assist with Risk and Opportunity identification and calculation

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
  • Prior Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience or similar program/system
  • Prior Program/Project management experience


Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Demonstrated proficiency with financial planning and execution, EVMS, Estimate at Completes (EACs), R&O Management, and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Experience developing and reviewing program and supervisory artifacts to include resource plans, basis of estimates (BOEs), master schedules, work breakdown structures, and contract deliverables (CDRLs)
  • Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process
  • Strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interacts with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite of programs to include Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Project, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
