This role is eligible for up to a $15,000.00 Sign-On Bonus
Provides support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. Manages IT infrastructure and processes related to client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices. Supports daily operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across UNIX and Windows environments. Performs Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. Configures operating systems, applies patches, maintains system integrity, and implements enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Responsibilities:
Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IT systems
Manage configuration and daily operation of IT systems
Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues with servers, storage, networks, and mobile devices
Support escalation and communicate status to management and customers
Optimize system operations and perform capacity analysis
Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
Apply patches, manage IAVAs, and maintain security compliance
Qualifications:
Ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Administrator on similar programs
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (five additional years of experience may substitute)
Experience with Linux, patching, scripting, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS, Jira, and Confluence
