Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME 3

Position Overview:
DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME 3 to provide expert-level support in the development and refinement of advanced TechSIGINT applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TechSIGINT analysis and a deep understanding of legacy TechSIGINT applications. This role requires close collaboration with software development, systems engineering, and test teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software that meets mission requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and refine system requirements to ensure strong alignment between stakeholder needs and development priorities.
- Lead outreach activities to grow and support the product user community.
- Perform user and group training, assist in the development of training materials, and ensure users are well-versed in software functionalities.
- Develop and execute requirements, test plans, and training strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Provide signals analysis and subject matter expertise to support application development, design, and testing.
- Work closely with software developers and systems engineers to refine application requirements, provide insights into application design, test developed applications, and deliver actionable feedback.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in TechSIGINT analysis, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
- In-depth knowledge of legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.
- Experience with enterprise tools and technologies relevant to TechSIGINT analysis.
- Proven experience in leading outreach activities, capturing system requirements, developing test plans, and providing user training.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (may be substituted for four years of experience).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with ELINT, EWIRDB, and RTM is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide expert-level guidance and support in the development and refinement of TechSIGINT applications.
Salary Range: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
Note: The above salary range is a guideline and represents a broad spectrum of potential compensation. We recognize that a candidate's unique experience and qualifications may justify compensation beyond this range. Therefore, we remain open to considering higher salary offers for exceptionally qualified candidates.
