Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,700 - 173,900 USD

Key Responsibilities:
- Master INE Products: Develop a deep operational knowledge of various inline network encryptor (INE) products.
- Hands-On Configuration: Rack, wire, and configure INEs and related IP networking equipment. Conduct thorough testing for usability, functionality, and performance, and document your findings.
- Drive Efficiency: Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements in our testing processes.
- Test Software: Work closely with the application development team to evaluate customer-developed software, ensuring it meets the highest standards of functionality and usability.
- Support: Provide occasional telephone and email support for operational and configuration issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense SECRET security clearance.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to team members, leadership, and clients.
- On-Site Work: Willingness to work on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland (telework is not available).
- SCIF Compliance: Ability to work in a secure Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) lab setting, adhering to strict technology restrictions.
- Team Player: Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Desired:
- Networking Knowledge: Basic understanding of IP networking concepts.
- Wireshark Experience: Experience with network analysis software such as Wireshark.
