Responsibilities
- Provide Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) support to conduct Scattered Castles checks.
- Data entry in CISA case management systems and maintain personnel security files for all CISA Federal employees, contractors, private sector employees, detailees and interns.
- Prepares written documentation in support of the personnel security mission such as internal standard operating procedures, reports, training and instructional materials, and briefings.
- Manage operations that request additional information or documentation as needed to support data analysis.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries regarding personnel security processes.
- Provide status of background investigations.
- Verify clearance levels and self-reported security information.
- Manage operations that accurately elevate, enter and update data into relevant internal and external systems and databases with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Active TS with SCI Eligibility clearance required.
- Must have three (3) years of personnel security experience.
- Education: Shall possess a High School diploma/GED.
- Proven experience providing administrative security support.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Risk-management and problem-solving skills.
