PART-TIME System Administrator I needed! Group: Remote Operations
Team: Tier II
Must have TS/SCI with active polygraph.
Hours - Weekends Only; Sat-Sun; 6am-4pm; training M-F, 6am-2pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network desktop and/or systems hardware and software.
- May coach provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
-Apply basic diagnostics techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
-Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
-Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.
Mandatory Skills:
*** IAT Level 1 Certified
-Hardware
-Remote Assistance
-Remote Desktop
-US Citizen.
Experience:
HS or GED and 10 yrs
OR
BS and 5 yrs
Approximate salary range: $84,000-$87,000
A variety of factors impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
