Overview
We are seeking multiple highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to support Headquarters of the United States Air Force, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration, SAF/SQ International Affairs/Negotiator Support.

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
We are seeking multiple highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to support Headquarters of the United States Air Force, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration, SAF/SQ International Affairs/Negotiator Support.
Responsibilities
- Manages daily SAP operations.
- Implements and executes Government directives, such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.
- Ensures SAF/SQ's compliance with SAP security requirements per JFAN 6/4.
- Prepares and processes request for foreign travel through the appropriate approval authority.
- Conducts required travel briefings and debriefings.
- Prepares and processes visit requests for travelers to and from the organization.
- Conducts initial Program indoctrinations after access is approved; re-brief and debrief as required.
- Ensures compliance with special communication standards of the SAP facility.
- Controls transfer, storage, management, duplication and destruction of SAP information.
- Coordinates the physical transfer of classified materials between geographically separated facilities and trains staff on appropriate procedures for hand carrying classified documents.
- Provides Information Systems Security Officer duties for SAF/SQ to include: software and hardware issues, account access, data transfers, scanning, and copying data to/from external media.
- Investigates security incidents, conducts risk analysis and prepares written reports that identify contributing factors and specify preventive action.
- Prepares and processes foreign travel messages for SAF/SQ.
- Provides security support for meetings/conferences.
- Provides classification management and classification marking guidance as needed.
- Uses various databases, including but not limited to: Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), PASS, and SUPER.
- Interacts with various Government agencies and all levels of client staff concerning security issues and assists with other duties as needed (escort, briefing preparation, entry control).
Skills Required
- Work experience complying with NISPOM, DCIDs/ICDs, JFANs and other Government security directives.
- Work experience with SCI, SAP, and COMSEC programs.
- Work experience with the Government classified contract process.
- Work experience with clearance processing, document control, physical security, including closed areas and SCIFs, and Automated Information System security.

- Oral presentation skills.
- Writing and documentation skills.
Education
