We are looking for a program protection subject matter expert to support an Army Project Manager at APG, MD to ensure adequate protection measures are incorporated across the organization's portfolio and throughout each product's lifecycle.
Essential Job Functions:
• Orchestrate program protection activities and develop Program Protection Plans (PPP).
• Evaluate risks to critical program information, mission critical functions, mission critical components, and recommend appropriate security controls/countermeasures.
• Provide support to system threat assessments, vulnerability identification/analysis, and risk assessments.
• Provide security and program protection subject matter expertise to acquisition programs.
Required Skills:
• Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years experience.
• Must have Top Secret/SCI.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and implementing Science and Technology Protection Plans and/or Program Protection Plans.
• Understanding of program protection security requirements, such as anti-tamper, exportability features, supply chain risk management, secure design, defense-in-depth, and cybersecurity implementation.
• Working knowledge of DoD Instruction 5000.83, "Technology and Program Protection to Maintain Technological Advantage.
Desired Skills:
• DAU Program Protection certification.
