ASRC Federal is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) in Peachtree City, GA. This role involves onsite work assisting IT operations, documentation, and service delivery initiatives, with some flexibility for telework based on government approval.
Position Summary:
The Business Analyst will provide documentation, coordination, and process improvement support for IT infrastructure and operations teams within DoDEA. The role involves gathering requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and maintaining accurate, actionable documentation such as SOPs and workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills and the ability to translate technical input into clear, user-friendly documentation.

Active SECRET security clearance required. Must be a U.S. Citizen and meet DoD ADP Level II requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document IT processes, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for infrastructure teams.
- Facilitate and document meetings, track progress of assigned tasks, and maintain regular reports.
- Support IT service delivery through process analysis and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for internal IT operations.
- Maintain version control of documentation and support quality assurance for written products.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active SECRET security clearance.
- Tier 3 background investigation clearance (NACLC).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or IT operations support.
- Strong documentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or federal clients.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service delivery frameworks.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with evolving priorities.
