Administrative Assistant
ASRC Federal is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to support the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) in Peachtree City, GA. This role involves onsite work supporting IT leadership and operational functions, with some flexibility for telework based on government approval.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide operational and administrative support to DoDEA's IT leadership and staff. This includes scheduling, documentation, onboarding support, and coordination of internal communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and experienced in administrative functions within a professional services or government contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Active SECRET security clearance required. Must be a U.S. Citizen and meet DoD ADP Level II requirements.

Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and documentation for IT leadership.
- Assist with onboarding and tracking of IT staff paperwork and access requirements.
- Record meeting minutes and manage distribution of internal correspondence.
- Support scheduling for candidate interviews and staff performance reviews.
- Track administrative deliverables and maintain accurate records in shared systems.
- Assist with preparation of reports and documentation for IT operations.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to support logistics and daily tasking.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active SECRET security clearance.
- Tier 3 background investigation clearance (NACLC).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative or operational support.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience supporting federal contracts or DoD organizations.
- Familiarity with IT onboarding processes and documentation handling.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
