CI-HUMINT Collection Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with collection requirements managers, analysts, and intelligence consumers to focus and guide CI/HUMINT collection operations for maximum effectiveness.
• Develop and apply collection plans, strategies, and systems to address intelligence gaps and meet consumer requirements.
• Provide feedback to CI/HUMINT collectors to refine collection priorities based on analytic needs and operational requirements.
• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection operations using measures of performance and effectiveness.
• Employ statistical, algorithmic, data mining, and visualization techniques to analyze ISR data, ensure consistency, and produce models, reports, and visualizations.
• Identify collection gaps, trends, and opportunities; assess collection options; and provide recommendations to optimize future operations.
• Produce analyses and models of future intelligence collection scenarios for Collection Strategists, Intelligence Planners, and Collection Enterprise Architects.
• Recommend improvements to procedures and methods for data collection, analysis, and production efforts.
• Conduct and deliver training programs of instruction in CI/HUMINT collection TTPs and supporting processes under DoD authorities
• Collaborate with USFK, service component collection managers, and IC partners to develop tailored CI/HUMINT collection strategies.
• Support emerging requirements related to North Korean military activity and malign influence campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master's degrees with 4-6 years of experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years-experience, or, equivalent academic experience.
• Ability to work independently with moderate oversight.

Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI with CI Poly
