Position Title: Photogrammetrist

Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret SCI
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Photogrammetrist to support product evaluations, quality studies, and new product initializations. The ideal candidate should have a working understanding and practical application of modelling geometric components of the image collection path to fully assess the geolocation and mensuration accuracy of systems. Imaging systems could include electrical-optical, RADAR, LIDAR, OPIR, hyperspectral, and/or multispectral on board space or airborne platforms. Familiarity with current GEOINT systems, products, and development, as well as exploitation and mensuration software packages, is necessary to perform photogrammetric tasks. The candidate will work within an existing team to complete tasks prioritized by government customers. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential. A history of delivering results is critical to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform geolocation and mensuration accuracy assessments, specifically quantifying error estimates.
• Model geometric collection paths to trace the exact location of a point on the ground to the pixel location on an image.
• Conduct baseline assessments of system performance to support sensor initialization.
• Respond to detected errors and artifacts by recommending possible causes and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in geolocation and mensuration assessment using standard exploitation software packages (e.g., SocetGXP, Remoteview): Minimum of 8 years experience with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD.
• Applied knowledge of sensor imaging systems, products, and exploitation processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with emphasis on briefing to obtain decisions, solving technical issues, and test plan/report writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, solve problems, and perform in a dynamic work environment.
• Track record of delivering results.
Desired Qualifications:
• Understanding and application of Mensuration Service Program (MSP).
• Knowledge of National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) image chain.
• ASPRS membership or professional certificate.
