DCI Job Requirement for:
Field Support Representative
Location: Ramstein, Germany
Job Description:
• Serve as an FSR Operations and Intel Analyst
• Embed with US Special Operations user groups on the front lines to assist implementation teams
• Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases
• Solve unique and challenging problems
• Embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs
• Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise
• Provide desk-side training to analysts
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
• Staff the Help Desk
o Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues
• Provide feedback to the engineering team about product
• Answer questions from senior leaders
• Attend customer meetings and develop strong relationships within customer organization at all levels
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of operations analysis and management experience
o Experience supporting J3, AOC, MOC, or JTF, HQ
• 3+ years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
• 4+ years of prior Military experience
o Special Operations background preferred
• Prior experience with Gotham (required)
o Gaia or Foundry experience is a plus
• Technical background with working knowledge of:
o HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java
o Hardware, networks, and server administration
• Experience training analyst in a classroom or field setting
• Strong knowledge of Excel
