Senior SharePoint Developer
ASRC Federal is seeking a qualified Senior SharePoint Developer to support the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) in Peachtree City, GA. This role involves onsite work developing, enhancing, and supporting SharePoint-based solutions for enterprise collaboration, with potential for telework as authorized by the government.
Position Summary:
The Senior SharePoint Developer will provide full lifecycle development and support for Microsoft SharePoint environments within DoDEA. This includes designing and implementing SharePoint-based solutions that meet operational and business needs, integrating with other platforms, and ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity and governance requirements. The role will work closely with IT teams, end-users, and leadership to deliver scalable and secure collaboration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Active SECRET security clearance required. Must be a U.S. Citizen and meet DoD ADP Level II requirements.

Senior SharePoint Developer
ASRC Federal is seeking a qualified Senior SharePoint Developer to support the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) in Peachtree City, GA. The Senior SharePoint Developer will provide full lifecycle development and support for Microsoft SharePoint environments within DoDEA. This includes designing and implementing SharePoint-based solutions that meet operational and business needs, integrating with other platforms, and ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity and governance requirements. The role will work closely with IT teams, end-users, and leadership to deliver scalable and secure collaboration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019 environments.
- Build custom SharePoint web parts, workflows, forms, and solutions using Power Platform, SPFx, and other modern tools.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with governance and compliance standards.
- Support migration from older SharePoint versions or other CMS platforms to SharePoint Online.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers or support staff.
- Maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint performance, permission, and configuration issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Participate in planning, sprint reviews, and Agile ceremonies as needed.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active SECRET security clearance.
- Tier 3 background investigation clearance (NACLC).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with SharePoint development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SPFx, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SharePoint REST API.
- Experience supporting DoD or federal agencies.
- Familiarity with Agile development and DevSecOps environments.
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate or SharePoint Developer.
- Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity compliance, STIGs, and RMF practices.
Active SECRET security clearance required. Must be a U.S. Citizen and meet DoD ADP Level II requirements.
