Overview

What We're Looking For
As a Level 3 CNO Analyst/Programmer at CyberPoint, you will design, develop and implement advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) tools and capabilities. You'll apply your programming expertise to build end-to-end data flows, create mission-driven solutions and deliver technical documentation and presentations in support of government requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl or Python to design and develop CNO tools.
  • Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments and/or embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary or open source build environments.
  • Design and implement end-to-end data flows and tasking for developed CNO capabilities.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation to support design, development and deployment.
  • Participate in and contribute to design, code and software readiness reviews as defined by government processes.
  • Provide and author technical presentations on assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure developed solutions align with mission requirements.
  • Direct the design and development of end-to-end data flow and tasking for the CNO tools developed.
  • Actively participate and lead/direct the development of new CNO solutions that meet the demands of customers.
This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance.

Salary Range: $174,000 - $238,000 Qualifications

What You'll Need
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 12+ years of programming experience, including hands-on CNO tools development.
  • Strong programming experience in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl or Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop and integrate CNO tools and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and government review standards.
  • Experience producing technical documentation and participating in code/design reviews.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
