As a Test Engineer Level 3 at CyberPoint, you will provide leadership and technical expertise across all phases of test and evaluation (T&E). You'll be responsible for developing test strategies, leading data analysis, coordinating with government sponsors, and ensuring the quality and integrity of test processes. This role requires both hands-on execution and program-level leadership to drive mission success.

What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of test and evaluation strategies, plans and procedures.
- Analyze system requirement, acquisition plans and system descriptions to inform evaluation planning.
- Oversee data collection, performance analysis and reporting of results.
- Support the development of government T&E documentation (e.g., Strategies, Master Plans, Test Readiness Assessment, T&E Reports).
- Coordinate with program Systems Engineering and other T&E teams to integrate planning, modeling/simulation and risk assessments.
- Provide leadership and serve as the primary liaison to government sponsors for contract coordination and task execution.
- Manage T&E resources, ensuring quality assurance of processes, deliverables and team independence.
- Communicate issues, risks and recommended solutions to government and contract leadership.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers (Level 0 and Level 1) on technical tasks and deliverables.
- Apply statistical analysis and model techniques to evaluate system effectiveness, suitability and performance.
- Ensure test readiness including training, equipment and compliance with security, legal and privacy standards.
- Drive innovation and adaptability in response to evolving program requirements and risks.
- Participate in T&E Working-level Integrated Product Teams (WIPT) and Integrated Test Teams for coordination of activities.
Salary Range: $113,000 - $155,000 Qualifications
What You'll Need
- US Citizenship
- TS/SCI + FSP
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Proven experience leading test and evaluation tasks, including planning, execution and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of government T&E concepts, lifecycle methodologies and acquisition processes.
- Experience applying modeling and simulation, statistical analysis and performance risk assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage T&E teams, resources and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with government sponsors and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced expertise in T&E leadership and program-level risk management. Familiarity with national and international standards relevant to system development and testing.
- Experience designing and leading test events, including SME/user assessments and surveys.
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation, data management tools and test facilities.
- A proven track record of innovation in test and evaluation approaches.
