Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Responsibilities
Senior Office Manager support senior Navy executives and leadership at the Pentagon.
- Oversee daily senior office operations, manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate maintenance services, and ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Schedule, setup, and operate VTC equipment.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and update of written SOPs that define how office functions, processes, and procedures are to be conducted.
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team efficiency.
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate travel and logistics, handle sensitive correspondence, and prepare presentations and reports.
- Coordinate complex schedules and events, facilitate office transitions, and track project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with DoD policies, procedures, and security protocols, including managing access control and handling confidential information.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitate communication between departments and with various DoD agencies, and resolve complex inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years of related work experience -or- Master's degree and 8-10 years of related work experience
- 4+ years in a supervisory capacity
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.
